Catherine tresa in Suriya's next?

Catherine Tresa could be playing the lead opposite Suriya soon! It is reliably learnt that the dusky actress 'is in talks' with the makers of the film who've 'offered her the lead role'. Apparently, Catherine is quite kicked about the offer.
'Catherine loved the role and is very excited about the prospect of being paired opposite Suriya. It's a very whacky character and the filmmakers believe she would be able to carry it off with aplomb.Discussions are on and if all goes according to plan, Catherine would be sharing the screen with Suriya soon,' says a source close to the actress.
Looks like Catherine, who recently made her Tamil debut opposite Karthi in Madras, has made a big impression. She has also finished shooting for another Tamil film, Kanithan.
